基于LabVIEW的激光脉冲波形测试系统

摘要:

根据ISO11554:2006提出的测量和分析方法,利用LabVIEW软件开发平台,进行了激光脉冲波形的自动测试系统的研发,对该系统的硬件系统、软件系统进行了详细论述。经试验验证,各项设计要求均符合设计要求。

Abstract:

A testing system for wave shape of laser pulse is developed on Lab VIEW,with it's measurement method in accordance with ISO 11554:2006.The architecture of hardware and software is presented in the article in detail.
