随着激光技术的不断发展和应用领域的不断扩大,研制一种高性能的防激光、防眩光材料,具有重要的应用价值和国防意义。以聚碳酸酯作为基材,通过在基材中加入防激光、防眩光吸收剂IR530、IR580I、R1060,制备了能同时防护0.53μm、1.06μm波长激光和0.50-0.58μm范围眩光的高强度PC材料。研究结果表明,当在PC中加入0.10%的IR530、0.08%的IR580和0.48%的IR1060时,具有良好的防激光、防眩光性能,其中在0.53μm、1.06μm波长处的透过率都为0.01%(光学密度D=4),在0.50-0.58μm范围的透过率≤0.1%。同时该防激光、防眩光PC材料的可见光透过率为14.2%,冲击强度为54.8kJ/m2,抗弯强度为124MPa。因此,这是一种性能优良的防激光、防眩光材料。
Abstract:With the continuous development and the practicality of the laser technology,it is valuable and urgent to excogitate a kind of laser and glare protective material.A laser and glare protective PC(polycarbonate)material was researched mainly.The material was prepared by PC as substrate and laser adoption IR530,IR580 and IR1060 as function additives,which could protect effectively from laser(0.53 μm and 1.06 μm wavelength) and glare(0.50-0.58μm wavelength).As a result,with the particular contents of that three adoptions,the ability of laser and glare protection was excellent that the transmission ratio of the laser and glare protective PC material was 0.01% at 0.53μm and 1.06 μm wavelength(the optical density D=4),and the transmission ratios at 0.50-0.58μm were below 0.1%.In addition,the transmission ratio of visible light was14.2%,the impact strength of the material was 54.8kJ/m2,and the bending strength was 124MPa.All the results were attained that the material referred was an excellent laser and glare protective material.
